Some systematic biological names contain this ending, such as the Lagomorpha (Greek lagōs, hare), an order of mammals that comprises the hares and rabbits; Nematomorpha (Greek nēma, nēmat-, thread) a small phylum of the horsehair worms; Myomorpha (Greek mus, mu-, mouse), a major division of the rodents that includes the rats, mice, voles, hamsters, and their relatives.
