The pylorus is the opening from the stomach into the duodenum; pyloroduodenal refers to the pylorus and duodenum together; pyloroplasty is a surgical operation to reconstruct it; pylorospasm is a muscle spasm that closes it; the usual adjective relating to the pylorus is pyloric.
