Topology is the study of geometrical properties and spatial relations; topography is the arrangement of the natural and artificial physical features of an area; a toponym (Greek onuma, a name) is a place name, with toponymy being their study; topoisomerase is an enzyme which alters the supercoiled form of a DNA molecule.
